Betterstreet is an application for the reporting of issues and suggestions related to public spaces, such as streets, parks, squares, and buildings. It is available in the app stores of many countries, including France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
You can easily report issues or suggest improvements to your local authority. The app allows you to report in two ways. First, by taking a photo of the issue or suggestion and then, if you wish, adding a description and optional comments. The second way is to report the issue or suggestion directly from the website of your local authority.
In both cases, the application will automatically send a copy of the photo to the authority you have chosen, with the description and optional comments you have provided.
You can see at any time how your issue or suggestion is being treated by the municipality. You can also receive notifications when the status of your issue or suggestion changes.
